Collecting the Hay

21 photographs. Summer is almost over, so it is time to cut and store the hay one last time before the snow falls. Today Kalle and I followed one of the hay collectors over to the large dairy farm to watch as they moved the hay onto the holding area. We also looked at the machines that mix the hay with grain and send it into the barn. As we drove up to the farm, a huge rain cloud was approaching. it started to rain so we drove away, took some shots of a rainbow, then went back to watch the hay being moved.
